The more you credit the more they will engage in doing future tasks assigned.
Let's say an associate was assigned to reorganize a certain sector, and they came up with something new, be that a new design or way to organize things.
Make sure everybody knows that person came up with the idea, therefore should be congratulated.
That always amounts to a win-win situation!
