"The success of delegated tasks should always be credited to those who accomplished them."

The more you credit the more they will engage in doing future tasks assigned. Let's say an associate was assigned to reorganize a certain sector, and they came up with something new, be that a new design or way to organize things. Make sure everybody knows that person came up with the idea, therefore should be congratulated.

That always amounts to a win-win situation!
