Why?
This category is called Delegate, and it's best described as busywork as it's often based on tasks that are not important but are also urgent.
Usually, these tasks are in sync with expectations set by others and may leave you feeling like they don't really contribute much to your productivity and your more meaningful life goals.
Spending too much time in this quadrant is not recommended too, and you should be in control of the tasks you need to reschedule, postpone or cancel permanently. It's also encouraged to delegate some of the items in this category, if possible. So if you need to buy groceries, for example, you can consider getting them delivered instead of going to the store; or, if you have tons of delayed house chores, you can start empowering your children/housemates/partner to do the dishes, etc.
Other examples:
• Responding to certain texts, emails, or social media messages;
• Acting limited time offers;
• Some meetings.
