Why?

As mentioned previously, this method is like merging your to-do list to your calendar, and you can use whatever media works best for you: notebook, digital calendar, whiteboard, etc. You then divide your day into blocks; they can be slots of one hour, 30 minutes, or even 5 minutes, which is best for you! After that, you estimate how much time you will need to complete your daily tasks and assign them to the time slots. Finally, you follow this schedule!
