To be adaptable we must be _______________

- We must accept that we are different and why we are different. This first step will help us to understand who we are and will facilitate change. If we stop to notice, today’s prominent people, like Mark Zuckerberg, were different people who created viral tools. Jasper Reid, the founder of IMM, tells us that we must first ask ourselves if we think for ourselves to be different. Although we tend to have general thoughts when in high school or college, we should improve our own opinions. The decision of being different is personal, and it is an excellent step to adaptability.
