Why?
When we're talking about effective communication, we need to consider two main aspects: the person who's listening and the other who's speaking. We may talk of delivering or receiving messages, understanding and responding to them. It is crucial to listen, and you can use body language, like a nod or gesture, affirming that you are listening for real. If you don't understand or want to go deeper into the subject, you may ask questions and show interest. But, don't interrupt people, and get rid of distractions. Following these tips, you may have effective oral communication.
