A company doesn't need to have castles and a charming human-sized mouse mascot to be magical. Anywhere can spark magic if it's able to provide a good experience.
Considering your goal in customer service is to make the visitor come back, you should bear in mind that you're partially responsible for their experience and should be able to provide an amazing one for them—regardless of the number of people you've already talked to throughout your day.
