Being self-centered is out of the question because while working in a company, the team has to communicate, and without it, the company gets stuck. These three skills are intertwined. We must motivate ourselves to move from the thoughts to the action beyond a payment or a deadline. Also, we must be aware of the company’s needs and improve our work and our duties at the company.
