Why?

Have you ever noticed that you wonder if you closed a window or went out to a destination and only realized when you got there? First, we should talk about routines, since our brains love them and they bring some benefits, no matter what routine we talk about, from morning routines to study or work patterns. Even though people believe routine might seem harmful, they're not. These things happen on autopilot and can be very useful in forming habits. With the repetition of some actions, your brain makes decisions alone, such as stopping the car or deciding paths.
