The different kinds of rest are: → Mental; → Emotional; → Physical; → Spiritual; → Social; → Sensory; → Creative. The first one, mental rest deficit, is described by the Femails podcasters as "that coworker who starts work every day with a huge cup of coffee [who is] often irritable, forgetful, and [has] a difficult time concentrating on their work." This is often caused by us not being able to turn our minds off from our to-do lists, our struggles, and our worries.
