The first one, mental rest deficit, is described by the Femails podcasters as "that coworker who starts work every day with a huge cup of coffee [who is] often irritable, forgetful, and [has] a difficult time concentrating on their work." This is often caused by us not being able to turn our minds off from our to-do lists, our struggles, and our worries. It is fundamental to be able to relax at night so we can get into a deeper and high-quality sleep.
