What does patience refer to in customer service?

Providing high-quality service requires being creative, flexible, and patient. Even though you're used to explaining something in the same way, every time a customer asks you to, sometimes you may have to be innovative and do it in a completely different way so you can get your message across. And it's at times like this you've to remember to exercise your patience – you may know by heart everything you're saying, but it can be your customer's first time at the company.
