What if an item doesn't spark joy, but I have to keep it anyway because of my job?

Please, don't throw important documents away! Sometimes we have to keep something even though it doesn't spark joy because it's work-related. So what to do? If you have a pile of paper on your desk that makes your work harder, let's organize them! Which of these documents do you use every day? If you use something often, it’s good to have a special place where you have easy access so you can grab it, use it, and put it back! Now, which files can you save on your computer? Maybe documents you don't use often but are important. If possible, you can scan and keep them on your computer or in the cloud, so you can access them quickly when needed. Remember to always check with your supervisor if you can do it! If it's not possible, you can always separate them and have a special folder just for them! Just remember to put labels so you know where they are. So, if the document itself doesn't spark joy, you can put it in a place that will make you feel more at ease, and as long as the way you organize them makes you happy, you keep it there!
