An adult human body has around 55 to 60%of water. It may vary according to location, age, fat index, and sex. As babies, we have even more water in our bodies, around 75%. Daily we may lose from two to three liters of water on sweat, urine, lubrication, and even breathing. It is vital to drink from 2.2 to 3.4 liters of water daily to replace the water loss.
