As part of the in-store marketing strategy, you should suggest items that might enhance customers' experience but remember, a "No, thanks" doesn't mean anything but "No!". Avoid high-pressure situations and respect their decision. You should not be pushy or keep a sales-oriented attitude. That’s negative marketing! That might give the store a bad name and drive customers away.
