What should you do if you can’t get a hold of the customer once you get to the address?

I know this question is a bit tricky. The general answer is: follow whatever procedure is provided on the app. It can be disposing of or keeping the order (especially if it’s food) or leaving the order at the door (if it’s something else). You should bear in mind, though, that some clients will specifically ask you to leave the order at the door even if it’s food, especially during pandemic times.
