What should you include in your experience story?

Lara Galinsky suggests that you go way back and even ask for family support in order to start your story. Think about: ☐ What clubs were you a part of? ☐ How did you spend your time before you were inundated with work emails and responsible for bill-paying? ☐ What were you drawn toward before you, your family, or your teachers started putting boxes around your identity? Of course, that has to lead you to talk about your job performance and skills, but it gives them purpose and a solid foundation to why you are where you are professionally and personally.
