Factor in when you work best when planning your days, and when you are working, silence your phone and/or put it out of your immediate reach, and DON'T multitask. You will get things done better and more quickly this way. Don't worry, those Snap Chat messages will still be there when you are finished;) This goes for eating, too. Eat before or after, not during. It may feel like it's saving you time, but it's not. Even if it is, it'll be saving time at the cost of quality.
Let your circle of family and friends know when you are unavailable and ask them not to contact you during this time unless it's an emergency. This will help.
