When women hold at least half of executive positions, employees are more likely to __________ the company's mission, products, and strategy.

The same study conducted by the HR data platform, Peakon, rated how inspired the employees felt by the purpose and goals of their organization on a 10-point scale, and women-led companies scored 0.8 points higher. It was apparent then that when workers believe and trust the corporation's mission and goals, companies are better able to meet the needs of their workers, which leads to a greater sense of satisfaction from employees.
