Why?

In her article on Harvard Business Review, Webb explains that through a set of questions – such as “Why does it feel so hard to do this?” – your blockage can surface pretty fast. Webbs goes on to explain that sometimes the blockage stems from a conflicting goal (such as spending more time with your family and friends) and that, once you determine which goal it is, it may be easier to take action.
