Which of the areas below do you think women-led companies thrive more than male-led companies?

According to a survey with 57,483 workers conducted by Peakon, employees at female-led organizations feel more optimistic about the company's strategy and mission due to a higher rate of understanding and agreement over these topics when compared to employees at companies with more male executives. The same workers at female-led businesses also are more likely to recognize that their leaders are moving the company in the right direction, which contributes highly to their own motivation. Moreover, women leaders are less likely to micro-managing. According to the survey, they are more prone to give employees more autonomy and allow them to complete tasks as they see fit while also offering better remote work policies. Source: CNBC, 2019.
