If you want to include a profile, make sure it is your professional one! The header & contact info is where the information to get in touch with you will be at.

Add:

⦿ Name

⦿ Phone number (personal phone number. NEVER include a work number)

⦿ Location (City, State, Zip Code) - At least the city has to go here.

⦿ Email Address (make sure it is a professional one, nobody would feel comfortable emailing [email protected])

⦿ LinkedIn profile URL (Unless your Facebook profile provides professional information, stick to LinkedIn)

Keep all your contact information updated. You don't want any hiring manager or recruiters to miss the opportunity of touching base to arrange an interview, do you?
