Why?

Juggling credit card bills is like playing with fire... You might get burned. If possible (and preferably), have only a higher-limit credit card. That makes it easier to keep tabs on the expenses you have made throughout the month. It is also advisable to use your debit card, or cash, instead of your credit card. It will help you limit your expenses to what you really have available and not to the illusion that credit card spending limits create.
