The position of words in your e-mail or chat message might make or break customer satisfaction!
Grammatically speaking, both sentences above are accurate. Yet the second one sounds like: 'Yes, I want to help you!" whereas the first one (I’d love to help you, but my systems are down.) sounds more like: "No, I won't even try to help you, as my systems are down!"
The choices you make and the order of the words convey meaning. It is essential to be aware of that!
