Why?

The position of words in your e-mail or chat message might make or break customer satisfaction! Grammatically speaking, both sentences above are accurate. Yet the second one sounds like: 'Yes, I want to help you!" whereas the first one (I’d love to help you, but my systems are down.) sounds more like: "No, I won't even try to help you, as my systems are down!" The choices you make and the order of the words convey meaning. It is essential to be aware of that! Learn the difference!
Remember: ✱ The order of words can be flipped and shifted. ✱There are three ways you can edit your sentence: By deleting. By adding. By rearranging. ✱ Keep the content; just change the position of words in the sentence.
