The first option is more appropriate as it states exactly when the refund is due to happen! Once you've read the customer's message and clearly understood it, focus on solving the problem, but remember: Be specific! There is no need to dwell on the problem, going over the reasons why it happened. Focus on assisting the customer and showing what you can do. Be specific and provide open-and-shut information! Patrick Barry addresses the importance of being specific and how it makes your text stand out! He uses the example of a person who learned English by himself. Which one sounds more particular? 1. I learned English by watching sitcoms. 2. I learned English by watching Friends. The second one, for sure! Which Instagram profile seems more particular and, therefore, interesting? 1. Interests: George Orwell, Baseball and Fried Chicken! 2. Interests: Reading, Sports, and food! Now the first one seems more appealing!
