Why?
Fear Microexpression:
→ Eyebrows are raised and drawn together, usually in a flat line.
→ The forehead wrinkles are in the center between the eyebrows, not across.
→ The upper eyelid is raised, but the lower lid is tense and drawn up.
→ Eyes have the upper white showing, but not the lower white.
→ The mouth is open, and lips are slightly tensed or stretched and drawn back.
If you spot customers displaying this microexpression, pay attention to what might have caused it. Ensure they are comfortable and check if there's something you can do to help them. Talk to them and provide assistance, then give them space and tell them how to find you if needed.
