Why?
Happiness Microexpression:
→ Corners of the lips are drawn back and up.
→ The mouth may or may not be parted, teeth exposed.
→ A wrinkle runs from the outer nose to the outer lip.
→ Cheeks are raised.
→ The lower eyelid may show wrinkles or be tense.
→ Crow’s feet near the outside of the eyes.
Although people try to fake smiles all the time, you can recognize a genuine smile by paying attention to the eyes! When people show real happiness, you can see wrinkles around their eyes. Pay attention to those details so you can connect with your customers. Happy people are usually more approachable; take advantage of this moment to introduce yourself, offer help, and explain your products or services. This is the way you want your customers to feel about your service, so they will always come back for more.
