Why?
Planning provides focus on the goals we need to work on. Without planning, we may lose focus and get confused about the activities we should engage in at that time.
When we plan, we can be aware of how much time we need for each task, so take time to make these plans, which will consequently help you have more free time.
When you create a routine, you can get rid of headaches, as you know all the steps that will be taken and can see your goal accomplished.
When we plan, we avoid wasting time and still help our brain to rest, and we end up performing some actions in autopilot mode, such as:
- which way to go to work;
- what to eat for breakfast;
- what exercises to do.
