Why?
We can say that there are three significant factors cited on the site procrastination.com. First of all, we suffer from decision paralysis because we live in a context where freedom is paramount, and people take it literally. With this freedom to make our own decisions, we can't decide what the priority is. In the second factor, we waste time since it no longer has its actual value. Every second that passes is lost forever. Like every living thing, the human being is finite, and if people thought about that point, they might procrastinate a little less. Last but not least, lack of discipline is a crucial factor in procrastination, as if you don’t have self-control and self-discipline, you can’t manage your time and thus lose motivation and good habits.
