You don’t need to conduct a rehearsal for the mock fire drill.

First, all security guards taking part in the drill need to rehearse "on paper" to describe the evacuation plan, their actions during the mock drill and analyze any possible weaknesses or confusion in the plan. Then, it's essential to walk through the steps to ensure everyone from the team knows their role. Only then should there be a rehearsal with other employees from the company.
