Why?

Yes, it’s visualization. The first time that you do this, it may take a bit longer to come up with your ideal spot, but once you do then this activity can be done in 1 minute. You need to find a quiet place where no one will bother you. Yes, the bathroom counts! Sit down somewhere (even on a toilet seat), close your eyes and picture somewhere where you can be totally, absolutely, 100% relaxed. Picture all of the items and colours in the room. What does it smell like? Do you have a blanket wrapped around you, or are you sitting on a carpet? Reach out and touch around you. What do you feel? What noises are there? Or maybe it’s silent and still. Are you outdoors? Can you feel the sun warming your face? Are you indoors with the air conditioning keeping you cool? Once you activate your senses, simply be in this room for a full minute, or longer if you have it. Breathe deeply and enjoy your relaxing moment, because once you open your eyes you’re going to realize that your still on the toilet!
