Why?

After sending your application and getting the company's interest, you will most likely be contacted by an HR representative or recruiter, usually by phone. In this round, they want to know if you are a good match for the position and your enthusiasm for the job. The following interview is usually a meeting with the hiring manager. In this round, you have to be prepared to talk about your experience and any relevant stories that relate to the position you are applying for. Be sure to build rapport and show you are a good fit! Lastly, the final round is generally with a more senior-level individual in the company. The focus is to get to know you better and confirm you are a good match for the company. As it is the last round, be sure to show interest and confidence, so they will feel you are the right person for the job! Source: Raynier, Linda.
