Why?

Communicating bad news is never an easy task. However, there are ways to make it more bearable and make things a bit better for all parts. In this scenario, in which the fault would be yours, and you'd have to tell the clients about your mistake, it's crucial to align your body language in a way so they don't feel disrespected by you nor mad with you. Therefore, pacing back and forth, showing nervousness by fidgeting, avoiding eye contact, making hand gestures that signal blame, and so on should be avoided.
