Why?

When we sleep, proteins called cytokines are released which help our bodies fight inflammation and infection. So, if you aren't getting enough sleep, chances are your immune system isn't working at its best and you may become sick more often. We obviously don't get as much done when we are sick, so rest up and give your immune system a fighting chance.
